Below are a list of common FAQs that we are asked. If you should have any further questions please don’t hesitate to contact us

At Product-Packshot-Photography.co.uk, the processes involved in getting your products photographed couldn’t be easier. Firstly decide what products you need photographed and then secondly give us a call. Usually within an hour we will be able to get back to you with a detailed quotation and an outline of the best way to proceed.

In some instances we will arrange a time for you to visit our studio to drop off your products to us, or you may prefer to arrange a courier.

Once in our product photography studio, we will proceed to photograph your products according to your exact specification. Any images which do not look right are then digitally enhanced until all images are perfect. The final images are then emailed to you with a watermark across each one for your approval. As soon as you notify us that you are happy with the service provided and no further work is needed, we can then return your goods to you. An invoice is sent out and on receipt of payment the final images are sent out to you. These images can either be emailed or put onto a disc and posted.

Yes we can. Most of the product and packshot photography we do is for websites. We can produce images of your products in .gif and .jpeg format which are the classic formats for images on the web. If you already have a website you would need to give the images we create for you to your website designer, alternatively if the whole process is too technical for you, simply give us the details of your website designer and we will liaise directly with them. If you do not have a website, then you have certainly come to the right place! Let us be your one-stop-shop for both website design and product photography. We offer a full website design service and can put your images onto your new website. Please contact us for more details about our website design service.

Our Photography Studio is not set up to photograph people, but rather products such as jewellery, shoes, hand bags etc, however if you need portrait shots we can easily travel to you. Portrait photography is a thriving part of our business. With respect to this line of work we are very mobile and are able to travel to your premises. All we require is an average sized room so that we can set up our lighting and back drops. After the photography shoot we will edit all of your images at our studio.

The rights to use all final images are retained by us and as such our permission must be granted for reproduction and duplication of images intended for purposes other than those agreed by us prior to work being carried out. If you wish to own the exclusive rights to your images these rights can be released to you in return for a small fee.
